- Do I need a sales call to get started?
- No. Sign up, verify your email, and run your first facility query in under five minutes. No demo required.
- What happens after my 14-day Starter trial?
- You're automatically downgraded to the Free tier (10 calls per month, score-only responses) unless you've subscribed to a paid plan. No card is required during the trial and you won't be charged automatically.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription from the billing portal on your account page.
- How does the API key work?
- Each account gets one API key, shown once on first sign-in. Pass it as the X-API-Key header on every request. Lose it and you can regenerate from your account (regenerate ships in a future release; contact us in the meantime).
- What data sources does SigIndex use?
- EPA ECHO, ICIS-AIR, NPDES, RCRA, and SDWA bulk program files. All official government data, refreshed weekly. SigIndex does not scrape.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. You retain access through the end of your paid period and then drop to the Free tier — no data deletion, no penalty.
